A Week of Rest and Meditation

Good Evening Traders,

I hope everyone had a restful weekend. I did a video many moons ago on YouTube about the value of taking time off and how important it is. The profession of trading is beyond stressful, and the constant attention to detail and being at the top of your game every single time you sit down to trade can be tiring. I have found that taking frequent breaks during the day is imperative for a full time trader's success. However, just as important is taking time off for a few days to a week every few months to fully reset. Regardless of whether you're on a losing streak or on a hot streak, the time for a short break to reset your brain and your eyes from the everyday onslaught of attention to detail can never come soon enough.

With this being said, it's my time to take some time off. I will be unavailable for a week starting tomorrow, Monday, and I will return next Monday. Due to my inability to post pre-market, I will be pausing all subscriptions until I return. This will freeze all billing, so no one gets charged for the week I'm gone. In the meantime, I hope everyone trades well and stays safe.
